Price information
- Prices are quoted in HUF, per room and for a number of nights specified in the offer.
- The Rack Rate price not includes any meals . The special hotel packages include breakfast and half board (dinner), are indicated separately in the package description.
- The main meal in our hotel is provided on a buffet basis for over 20 people, if the number of guests is less, meals are chosen from a half board menu card every evening between 18:00 and 21:00. The buffet dinner offers at least two kinds of soup, three main courses, various side dishes, two desserts, fruit and salad bar, and guests can eat as much as they like.
- Tourist tax is payable separately, over 18 years of age 500 HUF/person/night in the year 2024.
- Extra charge for 1 person in a double room, additional cost related to half of the total price of the room.
- Our apartment houses come with 2 (1 double bed, 1 twin non folding bed), and 3 (1 double bed, 2 twin non folding bed) bedrooms, open plan kitchen and sitting room, terrace, separate bathroom and toilet. The sofa in the sitting room can in every case be converted – as a spare bed – to accommodate an extra 2 persons (under 12 years)!
Guarantee
On public holidays, peak hotel periods, bookings exceeding the amount of 100000 HUF, and in case of certain package deals and events the hotel may request 20% down payment from its valued Guests for confirming the order/booking - excluding the New Year & Christmas period and Easter & Pentecost Holiday, when the advance rate is 40% - against an advance payment letter.
Our written confirmation will only take effect if the requested deposit is received in our bank account by the payment deadline indicated in the advance payment letter.
If the booking is made within 24 hours before arrival, the full cost of hotel services is payable against an invoice on site upon arrival, before occupying the room.
Cancellation policy
The hotel accepts free cancellation (without penalty) in non-peak periods by 16:00, 7 days prior to arrival.
In case of late cancellation or the Guest failing to arrive (no-show) without cancellation, the penalty rate to be charged is one night for a room rate specified in the confirmation.
In festive and peak seasons and 14 days prior to arrival cancellations can be accepted without penalty. The penalty is the amount of the advance payment (20%).
In a New Year & Christmas period and Easter & Pentecost Holiday, 30 days prior to arrival cancellations can be accepted without penalty. The penalty is the amount of the advance payment (40%).
Please note that the number of nights booked must be paid for in every case, even in cases where services have not or not fully been taken advantage of.

Discounts for children
- up to 4 years of age accommodation and meals are free
- from 4 years of age on a spare bed based on our package rates
- between 4-12 years of age not using a spare bed (i.e. child on the main bed with 1 adult) a 50% discount on the accommodation and board.
A pet-friendly hotel
- Do not leave your pet at home, as the hotel is pet-friendly and welcomes your dog, cat or other pets in the same way!
- We welcome and caress your pets in our apartment houses.
- The service fee up to spaniel size (over 4 or 6 persons) is 5500 HUF/pet/night. Above that size: 7500 HUF/pet/night.
- We ask our guests not to bring pets into the restaurant and into the wellness area due to hygienic reasons!
- In the hotel large dogs can only be walked on a leash and muzzled.
